Role Overview
We are looking for high-energy Management Trainees who are currently pursuing (or recently completed) an MBA from a reputed B-School, with specialization in Operations Management or Project Management. This role is designed to build future leaders who can drive execution excellence, process innovation, and large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leaders on strategic operations and transformation projects
- Assist in planning, tracking, and executing end-to-end project lifecycles
- Drive process improvement initiatives using data and operational insights
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams — Tech, Delivery, Finance, HR, and Business
- Create project dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations
- Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans in project execution
- Support automation, digitization, and operational efficiency programs
- Participate in client/stakeholder reviews where applicable
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA (Pursuing Final Year or Recent Graduate) from a reputed B-School
- Specialization in Operations Management or Project Management
- Engineering / Computer Science background preferred
- Strong academic track record
Preferred Skills
- Structured problem-solving mindset
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Proficiency in Excel / PowerPoint (knowledge of BI tools is a plus)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of Agile / Lean / Six Sigma concepts is an advantage
- High ownership with execution focus
