Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented QA Automation Test Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web-based applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software in an agile, CI/CD-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Robot Framework, Selenium, and Python Scripting.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and automation frameworks for web applications.
- Collaborate with developers, product, and DevOps teams to understand requirements and ensure quality delivery.
- Perform functional, regression, and automation testing across multiple environments.
- Conduct database testing and validate data using SQL queries.
- Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Integrate and execute automated tests in CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Analyze test results and provide clear reports on quality metrics.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous QA improvements.
- Ensure high-quality, reliable, and scalable software releases.
Mandatory Skills:
Robot Framework, Selenium, and Python scripting
Education:
BE/BTech, Information Technology, or related discipline.
