Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to manage key HR functions such as onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, HR audits, and HR analytics. You will leverage your expertise in Excel and Power BI to analyze data and drive decisions. Exposure to global immigration is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding & Induction: Ensure smooth onboarding and introduce new hires to company culture and policies.
• Payroll & Reimbursements: Assist in payroll processing and manage employee reimbursements.
• HR Audits: Support audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to boost workplace culture.
• HR Analytics: Use Excel and Power BI to analyze data and provide insights on HR metrics.
• Global Immigration: Assist with work visa processing and maintain compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in HR operations.
• MBA or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions) and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of payroll, employee engagement, and HR audits.
• Exposure to global immigration processes is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
